II. Management and key staffs
Board of Management is the highest power body of company representing for the interests shareholders. The Board members are selected by the General Shareholders' Meeting. Chairman of the Board who is responsible for all Board operations is sellected by members of the Board. Functions and responsibilies of Chairman are defined in Company Charter. To help the Board in its normal operation there is a Secretary of the Board.

General Director is responsible for planning, production and all business operations of company. General Director is sellected by Board of Management. There are Deputy General Directors to help General Director in company daily operation.
