Shareholder meeting held in Bac Lieu

Today 23 April the Minh Hai Joint Stock Shareholder's Meeting has been held at 8:30 AM in the Meeting Room of Bac Lieu Hotel.
The shareholders were presented the various reports about the Company operation such as the Report of the Board of Management, Report of the Business results in 2010 and plan for 2011, Financial Balance Report, The Profit Distribution Report, the Report of the Board of Controllers, and roadmap to publicize of the in the HCM Stock Market etc....
The shareholders have discussed enthusiasitcally the contents and have approved the 2011 Business Plan. The meeting ended with a friendly lunch in the same restaurant in the same day.
