Sea Minh Hai has announced the first dividend distribution plan for the year of 2011.

A dividend rate of 8% of share's face value, which is VND 10,000 by law, or VND 800 per share will be paid to shareholders from Sept 12 to Sept. 30, 2011. You can get it paid in cash at the Accounting Department Office of Sea Minh Hai (KM 2231, Tan Phong Village, Gia Rai County, Bac Lieu Province. Otherwise it can be paid by post to your private home address, or by transferring to your bank account. In this case you have to fill in a appropriate request form sent to you together with the announcement by post.
